Zero 1.0 and 2.0 are both fully functional. For the tires on 2.0, I was having issues printing the NinjaFlex so they were printed with PLA. This created traction issues and I attempted in overcoming those by wrapping the wheel in electrical tape.
Working on the design for 3.0. It is sized between the two and incorporates all electronic components on the lower shell for ease of access. The battery will be held in the upper shell with a wire pass-through for the power cable. I am finalizing the design and ordering a specific set of hardware for the 3.0 model. The next writeup will contain step by step instructions, Solidworks models for customization, and STL files for printing.
